At the Slogan Clothing Company we truly believe that you will be delighted with our garments. However, in the event that you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be pleased to exchange it for you. Slogan Clothing Company returns policy for an exchange is 30 days. Any item returned must be unworn, in resaleable condition and returned in its original packaging.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us and we will provide you with a returns authorisation code, this will facilitate the tracking of your return.
All the garments are made by humans and in the unlikely event an error is made, maybe the wrong garment, the wrong size, the wrong colour or wrong slogan, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. When contacting us, please quote your order number and a description of the problem.
If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us immediately. In order to receive a refund, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Prior to returning your purchase to us, please contact us for a refund authorisation code. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned purchase. Items returned for a refund should be unworn, must not have been washed, and in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. Please remember to enclose the following details, your name and address, contact telephone number, order number and reason for refund.
When ordering from our personalised clothing range, please ensure that you are happy with your order, prior to placing, as we are unable to accept returns for personalised clothing. We are more than happy to provide layout proofs of your design for larger orders. Eg Hen or Stag parties.
